Food Stuck In Throat TMI i try to burp. I have had this for over 12 months now and the only way I can shift it is to have some more food to help it& .food stuck on tonsils.? It is difficult to say what this swelling& .and a feeling like the food is stuck in my throat..Why didn`t I think of this before? Yesterday, while munching on a carrot, some of the carrot got stuck in my throat.. This is due to a variety of different reasons, but some of the most common are: Eating.
